A website is your virtual storefront that costs but a fraction of a brick and mortar operation and can extend your geographic reach far beyond your local area.

Buying custom web design is a big decision because it means that you will need to work with a web design team that will further enhance and add value to your brand in California and beyond. A wise decision takes into consideration many factors to create a real value add for your organization. We have been in business for over 25 years and have identified your pain areas and your needs which have inspired us to offer web design at an affordable rate without sacrificing premium quality. Call us at (877) 404-4149 or email us at [email protected] to learn more today.

You are ready to launch your custom designed website in California and beyond. The first thing we want to do is introduce you to your team. It all begins with you of course. You will be assigned a dedicated Project Manager as your point of contact for the web design process. As you can see by the task-organized diagram below, your team has four basic components including Business Development, UI/UX Team, HTML Front End Developers, and Systems Administration and Security. If you are building a specific and customized application, you will also be assigned one or more software developers.

Visualizing Your Team

Visualizing Your Team

  • Customer - That’s you located in California. We will work with you to identify your specific needs and flow chart out the process step by step so we are all working off the same web design blueprint.
  • Project Manager - The Project Manager will coordinate all required team members and tasks in order to complete the project to specification and on time.
  • Business Development - The Business Development Team will monitor the project during the build process and work with the UI/UX team on common and appealing themes and symbols that we typically find within your industry. The web design process incorporates these themes and symbols into your website.
  • UI/UX Design Team - The UI/UX Design Team is the team that builds your website. This is initially done in simple image and test format using input from the Project Manager and Business Development Team. Your Project Manager will provide you with these draft designs and the layout of your website once they are complete.
  • HTML Front End Developers - The HTML Front End Developers convert the designs created by the UI/UX Team into a fully functional website once you have approved by them. This is the coding portion of your website to make it functional on the Internet once it is published.
  • Systems Administration & Security - The Systems Administration and Security Team will continue to monitor the website for any problems once it is published. They will keep all security patches up to date and make sure the website continues to have the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificate renewed.

The web design process to establish your web presence from California is relatively straightforward. The first thing we do is schedule you to speak with your Project Manager (PM), which will result in an ongoing dialogue to understand your requirements and make suggestions based on our experience. The PM meets with the Design Team that creates the first draft or your website in image format. We use the image format so it is easier to make changes before coding out the website. The Design Team also creates the Logo during this time; examples can be found here. The PM will coordinate between you and the Design Team for modifications and approval.

Once the website design is sent to you in CA, and is approved by you, the PM sends the approved design to the Development Team that converts the design into a fully functional website with links, images, sliders, Meta Tags, etc. The Development Team sends the fully functional website to the Project Manager and Quality Control Team. The Quality Control team checks for functionality, grammar, ease of navigation, and various other critical factors for a quality website that we identify below. The PM then provides you with a link to the website for review and approval.

After you approve the website, the PM provides the Systems Administration team with instructions to publish your website on our web hosting platform ensuring it properly functions on the Internet. The Project Manager will also work with you to launch a press release about your new website. The following flowchart is a simple expression of the process for you to visualize.

Our web design packages include more than just web design. It is an entire web services suite full of features and benefits uniquely created for your organization in California and any other locations you wish to reach. We include all of the following features for only $99 a month. All the websites we design are custom built and not cookie-cutter templates, and we maintain them around the clock. The website we build, host, and maintain for your organization in California, CA, is specifically tailored to fit your needs. Let’s take a closer look at the features that we as a full-service web design company offer.

Feature #1 - Web Design

This feature is the core of our base web services package. We do not use templates. Everything is fully custom developed. Your web design comes with up to ten (10) pages. We are flexible about this feature as long as the number of additional pages is reasonable. Each web design comes with one revision and again, we are flexible about this as long as the number of revisions is reasonable.

Feature #2 - Logo Design & Favicon Creation

We create up to six (6) versions of your logo. If you already have a logo, we can create some suggested re-designs. It is included with the price so take advantage of this feature. Once you receive your logo mockups you can work with the Project Manager to make changes.

Feature #3 - Web Hosting

Web hosting is a service that enables you to place a working website on the Internet. A web hosting service provider like us, provides the data center and technologies that enable a website to resolve and be seen on the Internet. Websites are hosted or placed on powerful, specialized computers called servers. When someone using the Internet wants to visit your website, they just type your website address or domain name (that we register for you for free) into their browser. Their computer will then connect to the server your website is hosted on, and it will be delivered to them through their browser. Even though you are located in California, CA, anyone in the world with a device that can connect to the Internet with a browser can see and use your website. We do not charge for the web hosting of your website. We own and operate our own datacenter and are physically located in the same building 93,000 square foot building. Think of web hosting as an apartment complex for your website. We run the entire apartment complex for our clients.

Feature #4 - Website Maintenance

  • Client Requests
We will continue to make changes after the site is published as requested. Website modifications are typically done within 24 hours. Even if you are located in CA, you are just a click away from our support. We are able to be responsive because you have a dedicated team.
  • Browser Checks
Cross browser compatibility for a website is paramount. We will check the website for issues with multiple browser versions on a regular basis. If a problem is discovered we will correct the issue. We have an automated process to ensure your website can be viewed properly across a range of browsers. Browser issues can happen when browser companies release new browser versions. Some common browsers we check include Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Safari, Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge. If your website is not maintained and update for multiple browser compatibility, it may appear jumbled and incoherent to a visitor with a newer version of a browser.
  • Mobile Device Checks
Checking various mobile devices like phone screen and tablet screen sizes on a regular basis to ensure the website continues to work on all device types is critical. Again, we have automated this process and it comes with your web design and services suite at no extra cost. Mobile device issues can happen when mobile device creators update phone versions or release new phones altogether. Common phone types that we check include iPhone, Android, Windows Phone, etc. We also ensure that if someone is in or near CA, is looking for your type of business or organization, they can find you. For example, if they search for restaurants or hotels, and you are a restaurant or hotel, then your location is identified and displayed to them.
  • Security Checks
Security is critical. We check for common security issues on your website, server and networking equipment associated with the website. Companies providing the software that powers the client’s online presence often release updates. Each time an update is released, our Systems Administration team must make sure these updates and patches are applied to all website services customers. Some common software that we check include WHM cPanel, Apache web server, Postfix, Pure-FTP, etc.

Feature #5 - 24/7 Technical Support

We provide technical support that is available 24/7 365 days per year because our client base is global including CA. Our project management hours are Mon-Fri 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Eastern Standard Time via pre-set appointment. You may schedule an appointment at here.

Feature #6 – CMS (Content Management System)

Our CMS allows you to easily make text and image changes to your website. It is a simple graphical interface that allows you or your representative to make changes and update your website right from CA. Keep in mind that you are not required to learn and use the CMS although it is very easy to do so. You still have your Project Manager that can easily make changes for you. This is just another no-cost feature available to you.

Feature #7 - SSL Certificate

SSL stands for Secure Socket Layer and ensures your website and web transactions are secure. We do not charge extra for this, rather it comes with the package. We will continually renew your SSL to ensure SSL compliance. SSL is a special certificate installed on the website that encrypts the information between your customers and your web server. This is even more important if you process credit cards from CA over the internet. With us, you don’t have to concern yourself with the underlying workings of SSL Certificates. Our Systems Administration team will handle everything for you. We reinstall your certificate every 3 months to make sure it is fully up to date. Below is a mock screenshot of your URL bar at the top of your browser, the first one with SSL properly installed (depicted by a secure lock) and the second one without SSL which is not secure.

Feature #8 - Domain Registration and Email

All of our web design clients get a domain name included on the account at no extra cost. Typically, domain registration costs are separate but not with us. A domain name is the address users type into their browser to load your website for viewing. For example, we use as our domain name. Google uses as its domain name. Facebook uses as its domain name.

We also offer unlimited email accounts for your domain name. For example, if your website is “mycompany.com” then you can have emails such as...

If you already have a domain name you can transfer it to us and forgo the bill you pay at your previous provider or domain registrar. Again, the cost of your domain registration is included in the base $99 per month.

Feature #9 - On-Page SEO

SEO stands for Search Engine Optimization. It is basically best practices when custom building a website to ensure the website comes up high in the search engines when someone is searching for your product or service. So if you are an auto dealer and someone types “automobiles for sale” into a search console like Google, you would like to resolve on the first five pages globally and the first page locally for CA. We follow the proper coding standards to ensure your on-page SEO is fully optimized.

Keep in mind, this doesn’t necessarily mean you will be on the first page in Google. Some industries are more difficult and competitive than others when it comes to SEO. We do offer an advanced SEO package that is an additional $99 per month. You can contact us if you are interested in that package.

  • SEO Technologies
    • META Tags
      • Meta Tags are invisible tags that are coded into your website that provide data about your site to search engines and website visitors. Basically, Meta Tags make it easier for search engines to determine what your content is about and properly index you so you can be found when someone is searching for your product or service.
    • Structured Data
      • Structured Data is a standardized data format that we install on the back end of your website. This tells the search engines more about the business such as your location in California, CA, hours of operation and other relevant details.
